For each engagement, we create a thorough written presentation of the position, which reflects our understanding of the role.  This Position Brief is used throughout the search to attract potential candidates.

Candidate Presentation

After extensive interviews, comprehensive written presentations of qualified candidates are completed.  Our objective is to present candidates who bring different perspectives to the role - professionals who can make a difference.

Guarantee

Successful candidates are guaranteed for a period of one year from start date.

On a retained search basis, our fees and payment schedules mirror client protocols.
